LAN Support Rates

OIT-LAN charges for the following services:

  • Software and hardware support for most available LAN systems and LAN based software packages
  • Network installation and upgrades
  • Network troubleshooting

However, we do not charge for the following:

  • Network needs assessment
  • RFP development, evaluation, and bid response

Our hourly rate is $70/hr and would be billed as we provide service.

24/7 Service is now available. A minimum charge of $105/hr is applied to any off hours (outside of 9AM-5PM M-F) call. If a site visit is required billing is done door to door. Except special circumstances, site visits will only happen if greater than 25 staff members are affected by an outage.
